Malath is an independent advisory agency and not the direct owner, builder, or primary developer of the projects represented. All master developments featured—including but not limited to projects by Mountain View, Hyde Park, SODIC, La Vista, Qatari Diar, Hassan Allam, Palm Hills, and Al Marasem—are registered trademarks and master assets of their respective developers.

3. Pricing, Availability & Market Feasibility

All starting prices, installment schedules (up to 10–12 years), delivery dates, and unit availabilities listed on this website or communicated by our advisors reflect current market intelligence released by master developers. Because developer rate sheets and inventory statuses fluctuate frequently based on phase releases and macroeconomic conditions, all figures are subject to final developer verification upon contract signing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, architectural logos, branding elements, textual analysis, and custom graphics associated with Malath and properties-e are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or automated scraping is strictly prohibited.
